1. Do I have to take and wear a life-jacket?

Short answer: yes.
We, as a licensed maritime tour operator must obey and follow strict safety rules – one of them is providing life-jackets to every single person taking part in our activities. While we highly recommend wearing your life jacket at all times, we do not strictly enforce keeping it on for the entirety of the activity.

However, please note that choosing to remove your life jacket is entirely at your own risk. By opting not to wear it, you assume full personal responsibility for your safety.

2. Can I go anywhere, or do I need to follow the recommended route?

You absolutely DO NOT need to follow our recommended route. You are free to roam about and go anywhere within reasonable distance from our location on the beach. Reasonable distance being within binoculars line of sight and up to Prainha beach. 

If by any chance you wish to go beyond these limits, talk to us personaly in our booth so we can discuss ways you can go about it.

3. What if I stay out longer than the time I paid for?

We are very lenient with regards to enforcing schedules – 5 to 10 minutes late is totaly ok. Sometimes we might have bookings/reservations for the boat you’re on at the moment and, in that case, we might go to you with our assistance boat and ask you to return when your time is up.

If we see your time running out and notice you’re far way, we might also go to you and ask if you’d like a time extension and how long that extension will be – the time diference will be paid as of your return.

4. Do I have to book online, or can I just walk in?

You do NOT have to book online. You can just visit our tent on the beach and rent whatever is available at the moment.

5. I don't know how long I'd like to stay out. Can I pay after?

Yes. How long you can stay out will only be restricted by previous bookings or if we’re very busy at the time – in case of the later, we might need you to decide on a predefined time so we can keep things organized and fair for everyone.

Other specific and situational factors might also require you to decide on a set time beforehand.
